Straight 8 in 2007

Hot off the press - Straight 8 the UK based single cartridge festival has announced it's call for entries for the 2007 event.

You know the drill by now, a single cart of Super 8 film (this time it's Kodak's Ektachrome 64T), shoot a film, make a soundtrack, send the film back fro processing, and the best get screened at Cannes. Entry is £65 via the Straight 8 website.

They've also released the best of 2006 DVD packed with the best of this year's shorts to inspire you (£15 plus postage).
