'The Last Trip' - straight 8 on 3 Minute Wonder

(Click to watch in Flash or Quicktime)

Well, all good things must eventually come to an end, and Channel 4's straight 8 stint in the 3 Minute Wonder slot finished with a bang tonight.

Malcolm Finlay's 'The Last Trip' tells the charming tale of one Welshman's very personal trip into space. We've heard on the grapevine that despite the change in running order of films this week on Channel 4, Malcolm had always planned not to watch, waiting for straight 8's 2008 premiere tonight in Cannes. Nerves undoubtedly will be jangling later when the projector rolls!

With the kind permission of the filmmaker, straight 8 and Channel 4 we've uploaded the film onto our podcast - just click the image above to watch a Flash or full sized Quicktime version - for everyone the world over to see.
